✨ Facial Reanimation Success Story ✨

This young gentleman was referred to me after undergoing removal of a large tumor located near the brainstem—an area extremely close to the facial nerve. Unfortunately, the surgery left him with complete facial paralysis, and after months of observation, there was still no spontaneous recovery.

In the pre-operative photo, you can see the marked facial asymmetry, including a widened right eye due to loss of tone across the entire side of the face.

To restore movement, I performed a masseteric-to-facial nerve transfer. During this delicate procedure, a branch of the trigeminal nerve is carefully isolated, transferred, and sutured to branches of the facial nerve under a high-powered operating microscope.

✨ Just five months later, he regained the ability to smile.
His midface support has returned, and his eye symmetry has significantly improved — a tremendous step in his recovery and confidence.

I’m grateful to be able to help patients reclaim both function and expression through advanced facial reanimation techniques.

✨ Neck Lift Result – Confidence at Any Age ✨

This gentleman in his early 70s had been bothered by loose neck skin for years. He is now about 1 month post-op from a neck lift and is thrilled with his results — looking refreshed and feeling confident.
