In 2025 we will be celebrating our 23rd year, so come join us! In 1978, the Hospice and Home Care Foundation of Snohomish County made a commitment to provide quality physical, emotional, and spiritual care to the terminally ill and bereavement support to their loved ones. As a non-profit home health care agency, hospice provides care to more than 1,600 patients and their families each year. The An
gel Ride for Hospice is a motorcycle poker run that is held in July. All proceeds that are raised from this annual charity event fund hospice’s Carousel Program. This program includes pediatric hospice, palliative care, and bereavement programs for children from birth to 18 years of age. On a daily basis, the Carousel Program provides care for medically fragile children and also assists families in end of life care for their children terminally ill children. Additionally, critical bereavement services are offered to provide the necessary support and care to grieving children who have lost loved one. We would like to invite you to partner with hospice in the challenge to meet the very special needs of our pediatric patients by making a contribution to the Angel Ride for Hospice.
