Bring a friend to class with you and their class is FREE when they attend with your active pass/membership.

🧘 How it works:
1. Book your class in Mindbody as usual.
2. Have your friend create an account & sign the waiver.
3. We’ll comp their drop-in at the front desk when you both arrive.

✨ Engagement Recap: Christina & Skylar ✨

What a magical day at BENT! 💍 We staged this special moment under the guise of Teacher Appreciation Month, bringing together Christina’s friends, family, students, and fellow teachers to celebrate her yoga journey. The love and support that filled the studio was unmatched.

From the stunning flowers, balloons, snacks, and cake — every detail reflected the time, energy, and heart that Skylar poured into planning this unforgettable surprise. 💐

Christina led a powerful, soulful class — complete with her signature hands-on adjustments and radiant energy — followed by Skylar’s beautiful, heartfelt meditation that led to the final moment… “Will you marry me?” ❤️

We’re beyond thrilled that this couple found love within our sacred practice space and even more honored to have shared in their big day. Our community is truly something special — a place where connection, growth, and love flow freely both on and off the mat.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this moment possible and to our BENT family for reminding us that love really is the heart of our community. 💞

BENT yoga Teacher Training
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience getting my yoga teacher certification with Shelly at Bent Yoga. While I don’t have another program to compare it to, I can confidently say this training was incredibly well-rounded and rewarding.

Our class was a mix of people from all different levels of experience, and every single one of us walked away not only with our 200-hour certification, but also with new friendships, confidence, and a deeper understanding of our own yoga practice. Even after years of practicing, I learned so much. Those who came in with less experience left with more confidence, knowledge, and community.

If you practice at Bent, chances are you’ve taken a class with one of the amazing teachers I had the privilege to train alongside. Personally, my schedule doesn’t allow me to teach just yet, but I know that when the time comes I’ll have the foundation and confidence to step into it fully.

So grateful for this experience, for Shelly’s guidance, and for the Bent Yoga community. Highly recommend this training to anyone considering it!
