We have replaced silver fillings with tooth colored nano hybrid filling material Visalys by Kettenbach. Love this composite because it allows me to shape the grooves, pits and cusps nicely. The photos were taken with intraoral camera.

We had intriguing clinical case today since we didn’t know the outcome until the last step of polishing. Patient loved the result! We did veneers on four front teeth from multiple shades of composite materials.

Want to share today’s restorative case with you. We have restored the broken veneer on the upper left central tooth with several shades of Vysalis composite. And when we finished working, the patient asked to fix and esthetically match the right upper central tooth. I think it turned out good.

Patient was unhappy about the shape and wear of the front teeth. We reshaped and aligned the smile with porcelain crowns. The next step is to create support for the front area with removable partials.
