When I’m asked to narrow down what I “do” with clients… I always pause.

Because the truth is-my work is not surface-level.

And it’s not powerful because of some special certification, degree, or the latest thing I’ve learned.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a knowledge ju**ie. I will never stop learning. I’ve taken the courses, sat in the rooms, invested in the mentors.

But that’s not what makes my work what it is.

The real power?

It’s what I’ve integrated.

In my twenties, I struggled with imposter syndrome hard.

I compared myself constantly to people I admired-people with framed degrees on their office walls, titles that made them look like the authority in the room.

And for a while, I believed that’s what made them powerful.

But looking back now?
Those titles often downplayed their real magic.

Because the truth is, their power had very little to do with what was framed on the wall… and everything to do with what they had actually lived.

I spent years trying to build my own sense of authority.

Another certification.
Another training.
Another mentor.

At one point, I even took a 60-hour “trauma-informed” course that, if I’m being honest… didn’t actually teach me anything I didn’t already know in my bones.

Because the real course?

Was life.

Messy. Unpredictable. Brutal. Beautiful. Humbling as hell.

That’s where this came from.

That’s where I learned how to actually hold space for another human being in pain.

Because here’s the truth most people don’t want to say out loud:

You can read all the books, take all the classes, collect all the degrees-and still have no idea how to truly sit with a suffering soul.
No workshop heals the human condition.

That’s why my work stands apart.

I don’t sugarcoat.
I don’t spiritually bypass.
I don’t sell shortcuts.

Because there aren’t any.

Healing… evolving… becoming who you actually are?

That happens through lived experience.
