Disposable soft lenses are intended to be discarded and replaced after they have been worn for a certain period of time. This makes them even easier to maintain than regular soft contacts. Many disposable lenses are designed for either replacement every morning, every two weeks, or every month.

What is lutein? Lutein is an antioxidant that helps support healthy blood vessels and may help reduce the risk of cataracts. It is concentrated in the retinas of your eyes and is a necessary component of healthy vision. Lutein can be found in many leafy greens such as kale and spinach, along with other foods like carrots, asparagus, peas, and Brussel sprouts.
