Anyone who’s taken an apprentice class in the past has likely heard Terri’s speech… “There are literally zero requirements to teach Pilates. That’s what makes a dedicated student, who invests so much time into learning the method, so special.” With a full, comprehensive training, CORE apprentices get the 450+ hours they need to sit for the national certifying exam.

Terri has trained dozens of apprentices over the years, many who have gone on to take and pass the National Pilates Teacher Certification exam. Best of luck to these two as they make their way through this part of the program! We appreciate all the support and feedback in helping them develop as Pilates teachers! ✨

Introducing Christopher, our newest 💆‍♀️Massage Therapist💆‍♂️ ! We’re so thrilled to have him as part of Team Core!

Chris has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008. His specialties are Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports massage, and MyoFascial Release (MFR).

Chris has experience in clinical settings, as well as spas. His philosophy? ”Your issues are in your tissues. What can’t be solved with a simple massage?”
