✨ Holiday Road is back on — Saturday, Dec. 6th! ✨

🎁 More than 25 local businesses are coming together to create a festive, family‑friendly celebration filled with Yuletide treats, a free daytime trolley, and special offerings all day & night.

🎶 At CORE KIDS (lower level, 2501 W 103rd St.), we’re teaming up with @ ProspectMusicTherapy to host Interactive Music Sessions for children.

🕒 20‑minute sessions run every half hour from 10:30 am–12:30 pm — and they’re completely FREE!

Bring your kiddos, join the fun, and make music part of your holiday tradition.

Anyone who’s taken an apprentice class in the past has likely heard Terri’s speech… “There are literally zero requirements to teach Pilates. That’s what makes a dedicated student, who invests so much time into learning the method, so special.” With a full, comprehensive training, CORE apprentices get the 450+ hours they need to sit for the national certifying exam.

Terri has trained dozens of apprentices over the years, many who have gone on to take and pass the National Pilates Teacher Certification exam. Best of luck to these two as they make their way through this part of the program! We appreciate all the support and feedback in helping them develop as Pilates teachers! ✨
