Outgrowing old identities isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to the truest version of you.
It’s a shedding, a softening, a remembering.
And it’s one of the most powerful healing initiations a woman can walk through.
✨ If you’re in this season right now, you’re not behind. You’re becoming.

Comment “HEAL” and I’ll send you my Outgrowing Old Identities guide to support you through this transition.

Earth spirit animals are here to remind you that your strength, wisdom, and resilience are already within you, waiting to be awakened. 🌱

The Bear shows you how to honor your need for rest while embracing courage. The Wolf teaches you to trust your intuition and the bonds that support you. The Deer invites you to move with grace and awareness, while the Elephant anchors you in presence and rooted wisdom. The Owl illuminates the truths often hidden, the Moose inspires integrity and inner strength, the Tortoise reminds you that patience is power, and the Bison honors endurance and gratitude for life’s gifts.

When you notice these guides, whether in nature, meditation, or intuition, they offer more than lessons—they offer a mirror of your own inner power. Walking with them doesn’t just ground you—it awakens a deeper sense of connection, purpose, and reverence for the life that flows through you.

✨ Reflection for today: Which Earth guide are you ready to embody in your life? Feel their energy, let it inspire your choices, and notice how it deepens your connection to the world around you.

💛 Save this post for times when you need grounding, and share in the comments which Earth guide you feel drawn to.

There are times when your cards will call you to wait.
When your emotions are loud, your intuition whispers softly — asking for stillness first.
The magic of tarot isn’t in pulling more cards… it’s in listening deeply to what’s already here. 🌙

Honoring your energy before you read creates deeper clarity, truer messages, and a more aligned relationship with your intuition.

✨ If this resonates, save this for the next time you feel called to pause — or share it with someone who reads from the heart.

Air spirit animals arrive as messengers of awareness, inviting you to soften your focus and see beyond what’s immediately in front of you. 🌬️

The Eagle lifts your gaze, reminding you of the wider truth when life feels narrow or heavy. The Raven moves between worlds, guiding you through mystery and transformation with intelligence and quiet power. The Hummingbird brings sacred presence, teaching you to receive joy and sweetness in the now, even when things feel fleeting.

The Owl invites stillness, revealing truth through patience and intuitive sight. The Swan embodies grace and balance, showing you how devotion to beauty and flow can steady the heart. The Butterfly speaks of becoming—of trusting the unfolding even when you are between versions of yourself. And the Dragonfly cuts through illusion, calling you back into clarity, presence, and what is real in this moment.

These guides don’t rush you or demand answers. They appear softly, through repetition, intuition, and moments of quiet recognition. When you notice them, you are being invited to loosen your grip, open your awareness, and allow insight to move through you with ease.

✨ Reflection: Which Air spirit animal feels like it’s speaking to your current season? Sit with its message and notice what shifts when you allow yourself to see differently.

💛 Save this post for moments when your mind feels full or your path feels unclear, and share which guide you feel drawn to.

What happens when you stop fighting your inner seasons and let winter guide you back home to yourself?

Winter is one of the most feminine seasons we have. It slows us down, softens our edges, and draws us inward—not as a punishment, but as a sacred invitation.

Your own cycles mirror this too. There are times when you’re meant to bloom, and times when you’re meant to gather your energy quietly beneath the surface. Nature doesn’t question this rhythm, and you don’t have to either.

When you honor your inner winter—your need for rest, stillness, introspection—you give your spirit room to breathe. You reconnect with your womb wisdom, your intuition, and the quiet truths that only rise when everything else has gone still.

This is where transformation begins: not in doing more, but in becoming more aligned with your natural rhythm.

Winter reminds you that your softness has purpose, your slowness has intelligence, and your cycles are part of your sacred design. When you let the season guide you, even the simplest moments become ritual.

Save this carousel as a reminder for the days when you feel yourself slowing down.
And share in the comments:
What “season” does your inner world feel like right now?

This is what I care most about.
Not where you’ve been.
Not how much you know.
Not what path you follow.

What matters is that you feel safe enough to arrive, honest enough to listen, and supported enough to do the work you feel called to do.

Some days your heart just needs a place to exhale.

In shamanic and Reiki healing, emotional nurturing isn’t something you have to chase. It’s something your body remembers when you pause long enough to feel it. Your spirit already knows how to return to safety and belonging — it’s part of your original blueprint.
When you soften your breath and settle into the truth of your own presence, you reconnect with the part of you that has always been whole. You don’t have to carry everything alone, and you don’t have to be endlessly strong. Healing begins the moment you let yourself feel cared for, even if the only one caring for you in that moment is you.
These tiny rituals — a hand on your heart, a quiet breath, a whispered affirmation — shift the way your nervous system holds your story and open the door to deeper transformation.
You deserve to feel safe inside yourself. You deserve to feel like you belong. You deserve to feel held, welcomed, and whole in the quiet moments of your everyday life.

Tell me in the comments:
What helps you feel deeply held these days?
And save this affirmation for the moments when you need to come back home to yourself.

Feeling stuck in your spiritual growth? 🌙

Shadow work is about embracing the hidden, often overlooked parts of yourself. It’s not about judgment—it’s about compassion, understanding, and integration.

Even a few gentle minutes a day—journaling, reflecting, or simply noticing—can start transforming your energy and opening the door to spiritual growth.

I lost a version of myself in one of the darkest seasons of my life… and at the time, I thought that darkness meant the end.

I didn’t know then what I know now—
that darkness isn’t a punishment.
It’s an incubation.

In that season, when everything felt stripped away, life was quietly planting something I couldn’t see yet. A new truth. A new direction. A new version of me I wasn’t ready to meet.

This time of year always brings that memory back.
And each winter reminds me of a deeper truth:

Every woman carries seeds that can only germinate in the dark.
The quiet months call us inward, not to collapse…
but to root, to rest, and to remember that new life begins in places we often overlook.

When we slow down, breathe, and honor our inner winter, the mundane becomes sacred—morning light through the window, warm tea cupped in our hands, the simple act of listening inward. These small rituals help us meet ourselves again.

If you’re moving through your own long night right now, I hope this reminds you:
You’re not losing yourself.
You’re becoming.

If this speaks to your heart, take a moment today to honor the season you’re in. And if you’re ready to explore the healing that happens in the shadows, visit my new blog post: “What is Shamanic Shadow Work?”. Link in bio

Our Story

Creating Connections

I teach people to connect. To connect to their higher selves, to Spirit, to God, to guides, to nature, to the four-leggeds and the winged ones, to the plants and trees, to other humans, to their emotions, and to their dreams. Connections offer hope. In connection we find love, understanding, compassion, joy and health. In connection we find our true selves. I aim to inspire you to find sacredness in the ordinary and to live a spiritual life, connected to source, community, and nature. So you can know your worth and feel loved. It is there that you will find healing, harmony, and happiness.
