The response to this teen group was so great that Resilience1220 will be funding the group for the next year! I am thankful that Go Paint! provides such an inviting atmosphere for teens to gather and connect over art. We meet again this Friday!

Partnering with Resilience1220 and Gilpin Recreation Center's teen program to provide a monthly adventure group to help teens build confidence when trying new things and learning new skills. Our first adventure was at an indoor bouldering gym. Looking forward to going tubing next month!

Happy New Year! I am excited for new adventures in 2026. I just enrolled in a yoga instructor course so that I can offer yoga in nature this summer!

This school year I have been able to partner with Resilience1220 to offer team building activities for youth to practice how to communicate their ideas and problem solve together with their peers at 2 different schools. It's been great to watch their process and growth.

I am partnering with Resilience1220 and Go Paint! in Evergreen, CO to offer middle school and high school students an opportunity to create and connect. We are sponsoring free sessions at Go Paint! on the 2nd Friday of the month starting Nov. 14th. RSVP at www.resilience1220.org. Walk-ins welcome, too!

The Wellness & Hiking Book Club is ending. Thank you to those of you who participated in this group. We met from March through October and met 7 times, which means that we read 7 books! Thank you for motivating me to read more! It's time to focus on some other groups and events. I hope you keep reading and getting outside to focus on your wellness!
