Hey humans…a couple things..this weather is amazing first of all..so much to be grateful for every damn day…I look forward to every opportunity to assist peeps to embrace all of life …creating the best version of YOU …self care and movement are so crucial to happiness!!!!

Beautiful Evergreen Colorado…I am honored to serve our community of wellness minded individuals who value best desired life…mind, body and spirit!!

As I am approaching my one year in April, serving our community at Elevated Wellness, I wanted to express my gratitude !! It was a bit intimidating to leave a very busy massage and fitness business in Minnesota after 12 years and community of clients who became family, I am so grateful to have found an incredible community here, those who value full wellness !!!

Due to my schedule often being full, I am adding availability ..I would love to be able to accept new clients again, this will allow for just that!! I love meeting and caring for new clients as well as standing clients!!!

*Iam a critically detailed therapist, using several modalities to create best results for each individual client.

*Massage and bodywork is 90 minutes or longer (true story-1hour just not long enough to master all the detail)

* As a 20+ year I do not talk to clients/friends during your session, unless of course you need to give feedback, but I don’t wish to take deserved focus away from your care.
