Meet Enoch Jones, PT, DPT!
Enoch is a Regional Director with Encore Rehabilitation and a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in industrial rehabilitation, sports and orthopedic rehab, dry needling, and blood flow restriction training. Enoch has been a Physical Therapist with Encore Rehabilitation for 17 years.

Enoch is certified in multiple Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) systems and frequently performs AMA 4th and 6th Edition Impairment Ratings. His background includes FCEs, impairment ratings, workplace and physical demands analysis, post-offer and pre-employment screenings, fit-for-duty evaluations, and agility testing — making him one of Encore’s most versatile evaluators in complex industrial cases.

He has presented at the Encore-Uhler Sports Medicine Symposium and the Alabama Workers' Compensation Organization conferences, taught AMA impairment rating courses, and has been published in the Journal of Acute Care Physical Therapy.

Enoch represents Encore’s commitment to excellence across every community we serve, bringing clinical leadership and specialized expertise to our Industrial Rehab Team!

Jeremy Boswell is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation and orthopedic injury management. Jeremy specializes in Blankenship Method Functional Capacity Evaluations, ergonomic assessments and training, and job site analyses — providing practical, evidence-based solutions that support recovery and safe return-to-work outcomes.

Highly regarded for his collaboration with case managers, plant nurses, and safety directors, Jeremy builds meaningful connections that simplify the rehab process and ensure effective communication.
