Staff Spotlight~ Up next is Eric! Eric has been with 7D for over 4 years. Throughout this time, he has established himself as a leader amongst staff. He is always the first to offer to help and support when needed. Not only is he a rockstar RBT, but he also acts as our Day Treatment Teacher. The way that he manages both positions is admirable.
Eric is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and goofiest humans that most of us know. It has been an honor to watch him grow here at 7D. You rock, Eric!!

Staff Spotlight!!~ Next up we have May! May began her journey with us as an RBT and, through her unwavering commitment and passion, has grown into an exceptional BCBA.
May is known not only for her clinical expertise but also for her deep compassion and fierce advocacy for her clients and colleagues alike. She is someone you can always count on—reliable, thoughtful, and driven to make a difference. Her impact spans beyond just one location, as she works tirelessly to support both our Fort Collins and Evergreen teams, offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on help wherever it’s needed.
Whether she’s stepping in to provide support, championing the needs of her clients, or mentoring others with kindness and clarity, May brings strength and heart to every part of her work. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team.

Her clients are more than just caseloads—they are individuals she champions fiercely, working tirelessly to ensure they receive the highest quality care and support. With a deep commitment to the science and practice of ABA, Rebecca continually pushes the field forward, inspiring those around her and setting a gold standard in compassionate, client-centered care.

Staff spotlight~ Up next is Allie! Allie is our Center Specialist. She is currently training a new Center Specialist to take over so that she can run her personal business full-time! Allie is the coolest lady that most of us know. She currently splits her time between helping the Fort Collins clinic stay up and running and running her own martial arts business. Allie has been an asset to the functionality of the Fort Collins clinic throughout the years. She has helped to establish a tight-knit team that works seamlessly together and has fostered a wonderful, caring, and collaborative culture. We will miss her at 7D, but we are so proud and excited for her in her new endeavors with Luckyfoot Martial Arts
