A lot of women delay their mammogram because nothing feels wrong.

No pain.
No noticeable changes.

But breast cancer often starts without symptoms.

Screenings aren’t about reacting —
they’re about catching something early, when it’s most treatable.

The correct answer is D. All of the above

Symptoms like chest pain, sudden weakness on one side, or trouble speaking should never be ignored.

These can be signs of serious conditions such as a heart attack or stroke, where timing matters.

One of the most common mistakes is waiting too long to get checked.

If something doesn’t feel right, it’s always better to be safe and get evaluated.

Getting care quickly can make all the difference.

And when you need us, we’re here.

High blood pressure (hypertension) is often called the “silent killer” because most people don’t feel any different until complications happen.

That’s why routine checks matter.

Normal blood pressure is typically around 120/80, but this varies person to person.

Consistently elevated readings, such as the top number over 140 and the bottom number over 90, can increase your risk for serious health issues over time.

At Evergreen Medical Center, we can help with:
• Blood pressure checks
• Lab work
• Evaluation of symptoms
• Ongoing monitoring and care

Taking care of your health doesn’t always start with something big, it starts with paying attention to the basics.
