Mother Earth, we love you deeply and are grateful for your abundant love and care and all the ways that you both nourish and nurture us every day. Thank you for supporting us, always, even when we lose our way and forget to treat you with honor and respect. We’re waking up.

We are excited to soon begin training our first group of Elemental Shamanic Healing Practitioners!

Starting on April 10, we'll begin a profoundly transformative in-depth practitioner training that will continue through July of 2027. The training is rooted in ancient shamanic healing traditions from Peru and Brazil.

Our initiates will develop their energetic and spiritual perception, learn traditional shamanic healing techniques, gather an array of nature-based healing tools, and undergo deep personal soul healing in the process.

They'll begin by exploring and working on themselves, then their fellow trainees (giving and receiving), and eventually begin to support and offer healing to the broader community. We look forward to introducing each one of our initiates to you next year!

If you feel drawn to begin this training in April, there is still time to register - but please reach out right away as it's just around the corner.

The full program description including dates, curriculum, and cost, is in the link below. It's a significant commitment, only for serious candidates deeply called to become healers who already feel the elemental energies and flow of nature. πŸ”₯πŸŒΏπŸŒŠβ›…

So grateful for the lovely group of women who came to our shamanic retreat on Sunday! βœ¨πŸ’›βœ¨ What a blessing for women of different ages to come together with open hearts and share wisdom and support.

We reconnected to different parts of self, bringing our inner landscapes back into harmony through ceremony and contemplation with the elemental forces of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air. πŸ”₯🌿🌊🌀️

Love the creations and experiences that emerged from our day together! πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

This is an important piece of what we're addressing in our Shamanic Living course: Becoming the wise elder or guiding light. Stepping up because someone is in need or something needs to be done. Taking full responsibility for our lives, decisions, actions, and words. βœ¨πŸ’›βœ¨

Tree of Life, also known as the β€œTree Root Cave,” is a resilient Sitka spruce located on Kalaloch Beach in Washington’s Olympic National Park. It is famous for thriving while suspended between two bluffs, with its roots almost completely exposed in mid-air due to coastal erosion, creating a, surreal β€œcave” beneath it.

Last fall, I was walking through the forest and came across this patch of moss in the shape of a heart.

It felt like a powerful message straight from Mother Earth. There was a heart, on the ground - bright, soft, gentle, and beautiful. A reminder. Of courage in the face of fear. Of beauty and sweetness in unexpected places. Of staying grounded, in love. πŸ’š

No matter what is happening in our human world, life in the forest continues to thrive. The birds sing their hearts out, the squirrels chatter away as busy as ever. The natural world continues in flow, as it has for millenia, ever growing and changing. Storms, fires, earthquakes - and all types of upheaval - ultimately accelerate that change and foster new adaptations or growth.

We can embrace nature's rhythms to stay present, grounded and keep a broader perspective. We can lean into wisdom of the elders of times past, who knew how to weather the storms of life with calm and courage, good humor and a deep love of life. They had values and practices to transcend fear or anger - and live a divinely guided, purposeful life, rooted in love. πŸ’›

Our upcoming Shamanic Living course begins on Friday, February 20, and is designed to help you live from the heart. We'll share practices and perspectives that help stay anchored in the flow of nature, guided by curiosity and courage.

You'll learn about:

- Regular rituals to support your inner balance and clarity
- Cultivating a genuine, reciprocal relationship with nature
- Listening closely to your inner wisdom and intuition
- Honoring the positive flow of energy in the world around you
- Practicing acts of kindness and care for your community

It's a way of life that integrates timeless teachings and values into modern life, to fill some of the gaps missing today.

This class offers a welcoming and supportive space to slow down and regain your sense of harmony and humor. You'll gain a broader perspective on life, and practices to cultivate connection, clarity, and courage. 🌿✨

The course begins on Friday, February 20th and will be held weekly via Zoom at noon Mountain Time (Denver) for a total of six weeks. We hope to see you there.🌲

Nature connection is not a luxury. It is practical, transformative, and revolutionary.

The systems that shape our lives today are built on extraction and exploitation, and have already caused profound damage. If we want a future that is genuinely liveable, we have to move beyond these models while there is still time.

Reconnecting with Nature forces us to question value, power, and responsibility. Making it accessible to everyone is vital if we want a new way of living with the world to take root.
