So many of us come from lineages where rest wasn’t safe, softness wasn’t modeled, and the body wasn’t treated as sacred. We may unconsciously linger in the shadows of addiction, poverty, or abuse. ❤️‍🩹

When we change those patterns, we don’t betray our ancestors. We honor their resilience by building something gentler.

We are living in prophetic times that asks us to remember who we are.
