After decades of stigma and silence, psilocybin is finally being recognized for what many of us have known all along: this medicine works.

🍄✨ Well well… looks like the mushrooms are having their “told you so” moment ✨🍄

For years, people have whispered about psilocybin. Then scientists studied it. Clinicians documented it. Veterans, trauma survivors, and everyday humans experienced it. And now… the world is finally catching up.

Is it obvious at this point that this work is doing something meaningful?
Yeah. Pretty obvious. 😌

Psilocybin continues to show powerful potential for mental health, emotional healing, and expanded self-awareness—and the conversation around rescheduling and medical recognition keeps moving forward. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but momentum like this doesn’t come from nothing.

🌌 A Sacred Descent

🌀 ✨ The path of the guide is never separate from the path of the seeker.
Even as I hold space for others to journey inward, Spirit continues to call me into my own becoming.

🍄‍🟫 Recently, I stepped into the medicine space — not as a facilitator, but as a soul ready to remember. I was held in deep reverence by a beloved friend and fellow space holder, and in that container, I surrendered fully.

👧🏽 The journey took me deep — into the caverns of my childhood, into the soft ache of old wounds, into the voices of parts of me long exiled. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems and with the grace of trauma-informed care, I met those pieces not as flaws, but as sacred fragments of the whole.

💭 What I touched was more than memory. It was a reweaving, a return. A divine reunion with Source, with the vast stillness beneath all things.

🙏🏼 This work is holy. It humbles me every time. And it reminds me that we are never finished, we are always unfolding.

💡 For those who feel the soul’s nudge:
This winter, I am opening space for three seekers to step into this deep ceremonial work. Preparation can be done remotely, and those traveling from afar are supported before and after with Zoom integration.

Not a shortcut. Not an escape. A return — to you.
Psychedelic therapy for those ready to do the work.
Simple. Soulful. 🔇Respects the rules, but still lands deep. Here was MY PERSONAL STEPS with healing through psychedelics: ⬇️

🤜🏼 The PUNCH
Undo the Roles You’ve Outgrown🙄
You’ve been a wife. A mother. A caretaker. Maybe even a fixer.
Ask yourself:
• Who am I when no one is needing anything from me? 🤷🏼‍♀️
• What parts of me have I silenced to keep peace? 🤫
Start peeling those layers back — with kindness, not judgment. Let some identities fall away. 🧅

🧭 THE FAKEOUT
2. Define What “Being My Own” Actually Means to You 🧬
For some, it means financial independence.
For others, emotional self-trust.
For others still, it’s not needing external validation to feel whole.

So ask yourself:
• What would it look like if I fully had my own back? 🫂
• Where do I give away my power — and how can I call it back? 🗣️

Write it. Speak it. Define it. 📝

3. Build Inner Muscles, Not Just Outer Defenses 💪🏼 🧠
Being your own doesn’t mean putting up walls — it means building a strong inner foundation.
That comes from:
• Therapy or coaching
• Mindfulness or meditation

• Saying no and watching the world not fall apart

4. Let Desire Lead — Not Just Duty
You’ve probably spent years doing what needed to be done.
Now ask:
• What do I actually want?
Not what the kids want. Not what your partner wanted. Not what culture expects.
YOU.
Let that desire be a compass. 🧭

5. Celebrate the Quiet Power 🔕
Being your own won’t always be flashy.
Sometimes it’s:
• Saying no to chaos 💥
• Sitting alone and feeling peaceful, not lonely
• Choosing solitude over settling
• Not reacting — just observing
• Reclaiming your body, your space, your time
You don’t need to prove anything anymore. Your life gets to be yours now.

Not shrinking to be accepted.
