PA House Judiciary Committee Vote to Enhance Illegal Gun Registry Maintained by PSP!
On Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the PA. House Judiciary Committee will discuss a long list of bills before the Committee for consideration. One of those bills is HB 1891 - Modernizing Records of Fi****ms Sales.
There are numerous reasons why this bill should be seen as a clear attack on our Article I, Section 21 right here in PA. The record of sale system in PA is a clear violation of both Federal and Pa. Law, and should be eliminated immediately.
However, representatives from the Democrat party who dominate the judiciary committee not only won't eliminate this registry, they want to enhance it!
Help do your part to keep the 2nd Amendment alive in Pennsylvania!
Call and email all of the representatives supporting this bill on this unconstitutional proposal!

Dear Representatives of the House Judiciary Committee,
I am writing as a concerned constituent to respectfully express my opposition to HR 1891 currently under consideration in committee.
This bill would enhance a record of sales system that is already in direct violation of both Federal and State codes, infringing upon the rights of all citizens of Pennsylvania. It does nothing to solve crime as testified to by PSP leadership in years past, does nothing to safeguard the lives of our law enforcement officers who risk so much for us all, and only serves to become dangerous in the hands of an oppressor should our gun rights continue to be taken away.
Thank you for your time and service.
Sincerely,
