Happy Valentines Day to all my valued clients.

For those who have not heard, our family has grown tremendously in the past year, from three kids to six, and we will now be welcoming a 7th!

Ask me how, but it is a long story!

I will be taking maternity leave starting in March, and stepping away from work has been so incredibly hard. I’ve built my business on caring for women going through this process, helping people through their pain and helping them relax and it has been a true honor to go through this process of a pregnancy alongside so many people who I have gotten to see grow and overcome so much.

Booking is obviously limited for the last two weeks, but if you want to see me before I go I will do my best to get you seen! I have a wonderful backup therapist to fill in for me and take care of you while I’m recovering from birth. PM me for the information if you want it.

I can only attribute my ability to have continues working this long to God himself, but I know that having clients as amazing as many of you who have had Grace with me and continues to allow me into your space has helped the process so much!

I have been hearing so many myths about massage during pregnancy, so I want to clear the air! As a prenatal therapist of 11 years, I am extremely comfortable with this demographic and it is a privilege to be able to bring comfort during this time!

-Massage is perfectly safe in ALL trimesters of a low risk pregnancy. ESPECIALLY if the mother to be was receiving massage beforehand.
-Mothers are free to lay face down until 22 weeks gestation before flipping to side lying, or using a special pillow that allows them to go face down.
-Massage can be administered in labor and postpartum. The only time a doctor's note is required for immediate postpartum is if the client had a cesarean section.
-While swelling can be bothersome, lymphatic drainage is contraindicated during this time.
-Myofascial cupping is beneficial and in most cases, can be done!

Imagine this...

You've neglected your mindset, your body, your pain and stress levels for far too long.
You finally realize you've skirted by long enough.
You have a massage therapist come to your home and set up everything needed to give you a massage tailored to your specific needs, as you finish your coffee, your work email, or getting the kids entertained.
You are able to relax in your own home on your terms, for less than what you would pay at a spa, where you'd have to make arrangements and drive.
Everything melts away, releases, feels better and you hop right into your kitchen for a hydrating beverage, nourishing lunch, or straight to the bath or bed for a relaxing nap.

"My whole family is visiting from the mainland and we would like to reserve a day to do massages. Can you do a full day?"

"I'd like to organize a group of friends to get massage. Is this possible?"

The answer to all of these questions is YES!

I love doing massages back to back, as it is a great way for friends and family to bond and relax together, but also fun for me, and often nice to be in one place! I have done up to 10 massages in a day (though not my preference and usually I take the entire next day off to recover) so my stamina is absolutely equipped to help you and your loved ones together!

Many times, nerve issues (often felt with shooting pain or tingling to an area) are a result of a muscle or soft tissue compressing it.

In massage therapy, many nerve issues such as carpal tunnel, sciatica or ulnar nerve impingements can be alleviated or even resolved.
