Mike uses his hands all day...gripping tools, lifting, tightening, and fixing things for his customers! Over time, that kind of repetitive work can create stiffness and tension in the fingers, wrists, and forearms.

In this video, Dr. Aki shows Mike simple finger stretches to:
• Improve circulation
• Reduce tension from repetitive motions
• Support grip strength and joint health
