We are excited to provide a fitness center that is accessible 24-hours a day to meet busy life styles and do it at a reasonable price. We have everything that you need to reach your fitness goals. We also offer the area’s most cutting edge Fitness training, Small Group programs and group classes such as TRX, Kettle Bells, Ropes and Abs, Boxing, Slam Ball and Aerial Yoga to name a few! We feature a dedicated area of turf and performance surfaces where we implement our signature Sports Performance Programs. Urge Fitness’ Sports Performance Programs improve an athlete’s performance on and off the field. The training can be in an individual, small group or team environment. While sports performance training is not sport specific, it prepares all athletes regardless of sport with better speed, agility and strength skills. Our Programs are designed to challenge our athletes to reach their training goals and maximize their athletic potential through a strong athletic foundation. If you are looking to get faster, stronger and build more self-confidence, then Urge Fitness is ready! What to expect:

Exciting news, URGE FITNESS Ewing!

Starting this week, We’re installing brand-new lighting throughout the club to elevate your workout experience and make the space brighter, cleaner, and better than ever.

The club will remain OPEN during this upgrade, but please note:

- Some areas may be temporarily blocked off during the installation.
- Equipment might be shifted or unavailable for short periods of time.
- Heavy machinery will be needed in the club. Please be mindful of our contractors and allow them space to work safely
