With the help of an entire community, The Ewing Township Emergency Medical Services was able to spread Christmas cheer to multiple families this Holiday Season. It was with your tremendous outpouring of love and generosity that we were able to provide multiple gifts to children and families in need at The Anchor House and Younity of Mercer County. As this Christmas and New Year Holidays rapidly approach, we at Ewing EMS wish each and everyone a Joyous Christmas and Prosperous New Year!

Thank You, Community 💙

This holiday season, our community showed what kindness and generosity truly look like. Because of you, 62 Christmas bags were donated to children in need—each one filled with care, love, and hope.

Every donation, every shared post, and every helping hand made a real difference. These bags are more than gifts; they’re reminders to children that their community sees them and cares deeply about them.

From the bottom of our hearts, The Ewing Emergency Medical Services thanks you for pulling together and making this season brighter for so many families. We are incredibly grateful and proud to be part of such a compassionate community.

Although it is not possible to thank each and every member of the community that helped achieve this remarkable goal, Ewing EMS would like to acknowledge the special efforts of a few instrumental people.

Special thank you to Senior EMT Jessica Cheverez and family, Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Tote, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Sista, Mr. & Mrs. Corey Diaz and Roomana Khan and family for their support. Also, a big thank you to volunteer gift wrappers Angie Nunez-Arce, Anthony Mackiewicz Cano and Vita Tote!

In a heartfelt exercise in hope and generosity, Ewing Emergency Medical Services presents the Wish Tree Program: “One Tag, One Wish, One Act of Kindness.”

This program supports children and their families during the holiday season. Each ornament on the tree holds a tag with a request—whether it’s a gift item, food, or a needed household essential.

How it works is simple:

Pick up a tag from the tree.

Purchase the requested gift.

Return the unwrapped gift with the tag attached (Santa’s helpers will wrap it, keeping the tag visible).

Bring your donation back to the Wish Tree located at the Ewing Township Emergency Services Building.

Thank you for helping us spread joy and kindness this holiday season.
