This is not a traditional clinical job.

You will be trained to analyze advanced biological biomarkers from MRI scans that are not currently read by traditional radiology, helping identify hidden drivers of disease and metabolic dysfunction.

All scans are already interpreted by board-certified radiologists.

At the Annual Meat Conference, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. discussed the importance of real food and reducing ultra-processed foods.

What’s striking is how much this message now appears to be influencing leaders across government—including other Cabinet members and even the Vice President.

In my lifetime it is difficult to recall a Health Secretary having this level of influence on the conversation about food and health.

Last night I was invited to one of the most meaningful dinners of my life.

Instead of bringing wine, I brought my executive chef, Nic.

Together with a remarkable host culinary team of ten chefs, they prepared a five-course meal for just five guests — built entirely around what I teach my clients every day: meat, seafood, and living microbes.
