‼️ Your probiotic might be sabotaging your fast.

Inulin is added to most probiotic supplements as fuel for beneficial microbes. But it's caloric. One dose in a fasted state sends a signal to your body: shut down autophagy.

Autophagy is the disease-reversing process you need to stay active when fasting.

I'm not anti-supplement. I take some myself. But I am anti-ignorance. Read your label.

If it contains inulin or resistant starch, skip it during your fast. Eat more fermented foods once your fast is over. Let autophagy run its course.
