Want to feel more joy, happiness and a greater sense of well-being? Maybe you’ve heard about how a gratitude practice can help but aren’t exactly sure what one looks like? In this workshop, we will look at the benefits of practicing gratitude and some of the science and the yoga philosophy that supports it. We will explore gratitude practices that involve inquiry, reflection, writing and journaling. We will also engage in yogic practices that include postures, breath work, guided relaxation and guided meditation that foster gratitude in your whole being. Join us as we cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Please bring a notebook or journal. You will also go home with helpful handouts to keep your gratitude practice going! All are welcome. Continuing education credits are available.
