We’re proud to share that RiverWoods has earned the 2025 SAGECare Credential! After achieving Platinum status in 2024, we maintained our credential this year through advanced LGBTQ+ aging training. Currently, RiverWoods is one of just three senior living communities in the State of New Hampshire to have received and maintained this credential.

For many LGBTQ+ seniors, moving to a senior living community can raise real concerns about safety, belonging, and acceptance. We believe every older adult deserves not just excellent care, but a true sense of home.

After 34 years in nursing, Carolyn has found a role that perfectly blends her clinical background, her love of learning, and her passion for people. Today, she serves as the RiverWoods Group’s Regional Director of Quality and Compliance. After 14 years with the organization, she says what keeps her here is simple: “There are always opportunities to grow, learn, and find your path.”

Whether you’re just beginning to navigate a loved one's diagnosis or have been walking this path for years, Seacoast Dementia Hub exists for one simple reason: so no one has to navigate dementia alone.

Back in September the Ridge Art Committee filled up this display case with a resident's son's Patriots memorabilia. As the wins kept coming, the display stayed, just in case a little superstition was helping the team along 😉

Now, we’re not saying we’re responsible for the Pats making it to the big game...but the display definitely didn’t hurt. Looks like it’s staying right where it is through this weekend!

Over 6 weeks, 73 residents participated in our Holiday Hustle fitness challenge, an initiative designed to keep up momentum and movement going into 2026. The goal was to help people keep moving through the holidays, even if their schedule was disrupted and they couldn’t make it to classes. It worked! We heard from many that this was the push they needed through the holidays (because who doesn't love a little friendly competition).

Congratulations to our winner - and the proud new owner of an Apple Watch - Marcia, who was one of 21 residents who completed all 6 weeks of the challenge!
