October is Infant Safe Sleep Awareness Month. Creating a safe sleep environment can help reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and other sleep-related injuries or deaths. Follow these safe sleep tips:

🌙 Always place your baby on their back to sleep, for both naps and bedtime.
🌙 Use a safety-approved crib, bassinet, or play yard with a firm, flat mattress.
🌙 Keep sleep area clear of blankets, pillows, and toys.
🌙 Never use a lounger for sleep, even short naps.
