Brandon Dill is thrilled to run the 2026 Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America as part of Team BILH in support of Exeter Hospital. This race is deeply personal for Brandon, as he is running in honor of his father, who was treated at Exeter Hospital and passed away from cancer in 2021. Brandon’s father was a marathoner himself and ran Boston five times.

For Brandon, running on behalf of Exeter Hospital is a meaningful way to give back to the place that provided him and his family with the gift of precious extra months with his father. Brandon has dedicated himself to raising funds and awareness for Exeter Hospital so other families can access the same high caliber of care his father received, directly in their home community.

Meet Aidan O’Sullivan, who is proudly running the 2026 Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America as part of Team BILH in support of Exeter Hospital. In 2008, when Aidan was just 11 years old, his family’s world changed forever when his grandmother suffered a massive cardiac arrest. Thanks to the incredible team at Exeter Hospital and their use of groundbreaking technology, Aidan’s grandmother not only survived but went on to make an amazing recovery. Seventeen years later,

Aidan is running in gratitude to Exeter Hospital for giving his family the precious gift of time with his grandmother. He also hopes to raise awareness for heart health and the lifesaving care available in his community.
