This workshop is specifically designed to bring anyone from ‘never touched a mat’ to seasoned yogi on a step by step journey of Yoga. Questions such as what is yoga? why do we do yoga? what are the deeper meanings? Where do I put my shoes? Don’t I need to be bendy? Where should my back foot be in Warrior 1? Becky and Rob enjoy helping, guiding, answering with humor, kindness and gobs of experience! Becky adds a background as a professional Physical Therapist to help you know how your body moves and Rob, well, he probably adds something! Come join them, laugh, and enjoy yoga!
