No new patients will be accepted as of September 25, 2021.

For established patients, visits will be scheduled by appointment.

Today we are announcing that we are adjusting our Phase 1B vaccinations to include any individual 65+.

Just a brief status update: per CDC guidelines focusing on minimizing risk and maintaining high quality health care, I will be continuing predominantly telemedicine visits for the foreseeable future.

If in person visit is necessary and appropriate, it will be for a limited duration. A face mask is required. Please wash hands upon arrival.

Check listing fears. Is there any value in worry? Is it a reminder tab for future troubles? Do you worry “what if” this happens, or “what if” that happens?

Instead of worrying “what if”, identify “what I will do when” and “how will I avoid” these fears?

Afraid of being let go from your job? Does “what if it happens” help? How about “when this happens I will...” and “I can prevent it by...”

Everyone has six basic fears: poverty, criticism, loss, ill health, old age, and death. Each one you can prepare your mind and circumstances to face with these two simple questions and some action.

The last one perhaps is the prime mover to do just this as “how will I avoid” doesn’t really apply.
