If you’re about to get a lot of snow, don’t forget to stretch before AND after shoveling! Legs Up the Wall is a great posture to add to your post-shovel stretch session. This shape may alleviate low back pain, stress, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, migraines, nausea, insomnia, varicose veins and more!

If you can find a spare wall and some spare time, we highly recommend you give a try! Try staying in this shape for 5-15 minutes. Inhale for a count of three, exhale for a count of six. This breath pattern can help to calm the brain and nervous system.
