Not sure what to book anymore?

You’re not alone.
Too many options can create hesitation, second guessing, and decision fatigue.

Massage shouldn’t feel complicated.

I’ve simplified the menu to one focused service:

Therapeutic Neuromuscular Massage

Every session is built around what your body needs in that moment.

Whether you're dealing with pain, tension, or just trying to move and feel better, the approach stays the same—thoughtful, targeted, and intentional.

If additional tools make sense, they’re available as add-ons:
cupping, scraping, and hot stones.

Less guesswork.
More clarity.
Better direction for your body.

Book with confidence.
Move the needle.

Competition pushes your body further than normal training.

When you push for performance, the intensity, adrenaline, and effort place extra stress on the body and nervous system. Even if you feel good in the moment, your system is working harder behind the scenes.

This is why post-competition recovery matters.

Giving your body time and support after competition helps release accumulated tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore movement quality so you can move into your next phase of training feeling strong.

Therapeutic Neuromuscular Massage is a powerful way to support athlete recovery and help your body reset after competition.

Take care of your body like you trained for this.

People sometimes apologize for falling asleep during a session, but there is nothing to apologize for.

When the body finally feels safe enough to settle, the nervous system can shift into a more restorative state. That deeper relaxation often allows muscles to soften and the body to respond more easily to the work.

Whether you stay fully present, drift in and out, or fall asleep entirely, the session is still doing its job.

This is how we move the needle toward meaningful healing.

You pushed hard. Now what?

The Open has a way of pulling more out of you than a normal training week.

More intensity.
More adrenaline.
More pressure to perform.

Even if you feel fine, your system may be carrying more than you realize.

This is the part most athletes overlook. Recovery isn’t about waiting until something hurts. It’s about supporting your body while it adapts.

If you want to move strong through the rest of the Open — or recover well after it’s over — be intentional now.

Support your recovery and let your work show.

How often someone should come in for massage is one of the most common questions I get, and the honest answer is that it depends.

If we are working through something your body is asking for support with, more consistent sessions often help, usually every one to two weeks. For general maintenance and ongoing support, every four to five weeks tends to work well for many people.

From there, we adjust based on your goals, your schedule, and how your body is actually responding. The goal is not a rigid plan, but a rhythm that supports steady, sustainable progress.

Pro tip: Schedule before you think you should.

When you wait until something hurts, we are often starting over instead of building on the progress from previous sessions.

This is how we move the needle toward meaningful healing.

Be Ready...

The workout gets announced tomorrow.

What you do after it matters.
But what you do before it matters too.

Week 1 sets the tone for the entire Open. Planning recovery now gives your body the support it needs to adapt instead of just absorb stress.

Don’t treat recovery like a reaction.

Enter Week 1 with a plan.

Support your recovery and let your work show.

Massage doesn't have to leave you sore.

A little soreness after bodywork can be normal, especially when we’re addressing areas that have been holding tension for a long time. But soreness shouldn’t feel like a setback.

In my sessions, I’m paying close attention to how your body is responding, not just what I’m working on. The goal is to create change your nervous system can actually integrate, not something you have to push through.

If you’re ever unsure about what you’re feeling after a session, that’s a conversation I’m always happy to have.

This is how we move the needle toward meaningful healing.

The Open pulls more out of you.

You care more.
You push harder.
You show up ready.

That effort deserves support.

Week One is when athletes start brushing off tightness and normalizing fatigue. Recovery gets pushed aside until it feels urgent.

Taking care of your body isn’t optional during the Open. It’s part of performing well.

Schedule your Week One reset now.

Support your recovery and let your work show.

FAQ: Do I need to talk during a massage?

Silence and conversation are both welcome. The priority is creating a space where your nervous system can feel safe and settled.

Most athletes wait too long to prioritize recovery.

The Open isn’t just three workouts. It’s three consecutive weeks of repeated stress and limited recovery time.

Thursday announcement.
Friday attempt.
Weekend fatigue.
Optional retest if needed.

Without a weekly reset, stress accumulates and performance becomes harder to maintain.

Recovery isn’t reactive. It’s strategic.

Schedule your weekly reset and give yourself the best chance to express all the hard work you’ve put in over the last year.

FAQ: Does massage need to be painful to be effective?

One of the most common things I hear is, “Don’t worry, I can handle deep pressure.”

And while depth has its place, effective work isn’t about how much pressure you can tolerate. It’s about how well your body can respond.

In my sessions, pressure is always a conversation. I’m paying attention to tissue response, breath, and nervous system cues just as much as the muscles themselves. If the body feels threatened, it holds on. When it feels supported, it changes.

There may be moments of discomfort, but I’m not interested in pushing through pain. The goal is progress that your body can actually integrate.

This is how we move the needle toward meaningful healing.
