Challenge of the week: Delay the Caffeine ☀️☕
Avoid coffee or any caffeinated drink for at least 90 minutes after waking.
This allows your body’s natural cortisol to peak first. Helping support your adrenal health and preventing those mid-morning fatigue crashes.
I’m not going to lie, this one will be tough for me since caffeine is part of my morning routine… but I’m in! Who’s with me on this challenge? 💪✨
