After I crushed 100 burpees (and my quads filed a formal complaint), my husband decided that was the perfect time to casually knock out:
✅ 50 pull-ups
✅ 100 hand-release push-ups
✅ 50 deadlifts at 75% of our bodyweight
…AND THEN suggested a “nice Starbucks walk” like we didn’t just survive a CrossFit final event ☠️😂
Nothing says romance like being drenched in sweat, barely walking, and still ending up with coffee.

Happy Sunday 🤍
We have 4 days until 2026, and while I know this next year will come with challenges for my family. Especially with my husband traveling. I’m choosing to step into it with gratitude, strength, and intention.
2026 may be hard at times, but it will also be a year of growth, resilience, and self-love. I’m committing to showing up for my mind and my body, honoring my needs, and finding the positive even on the tough days.
I truly believe that when we focus on ourselves, our health, and our mindset, everything else falls into place the way it’s meant to. Here’s to leaning into strength, grace, and a whole lot of self-love in 2026 ✨
