🧠 Ever had a totally normal workday… until your anxiety decided to clock in too?

One minute you’re answering emails, and the next your chest tightens over something as small as a notification or an unexpected meeting invite.

You keep pushing through — because that’s what you’re “supposed” to do — but inside, it feels like you’re bracing for something that hasn’t even happened yet.

If that sounds familiar, you are so not alone. So many people feel this way and don’t talk about it.

But here’s the good news: it doesn’t have to stay that way.

We just shared a new blog post breaking down 5 practical, actually helpful ways to manage anxiety at work — including:
✨ Getting to know your anxiety
✨ Naming that loud inner voice
✨ When to ask for more support
… and more.

If work anxiety has been showing up uninvited, this might be the reset you need.

Who feels called out? 👀

You're not annoying. You're just human. And the people who think you're annoying are running away from their own feelings. It's not you at all, and you just need some people in your life who can go there with you.

“I don’t have trauma.”
Also me: *has a meltdown because the waiter got impatient with how long it took me to place my order*

Trauma doesn’t always look like what people think it does, but if you’re starting to notice the patterns, we’ve got programs built to help.

Ever wish someone would've given you a freaking guide that tells you what to do on the hard days? (Especially when MOST days are hard days??)

Whether you're catching yourself crying in the grocery store aisle one too many times, or running on fumes from burnout, ***it feels like things are never going to change***

But what I've learned from my own mental health journey, is that our emotions are convincing. But they don't have to have the final say.

Want to take your power back? Download our free Reset Formula to help you get through it all, even on the days where showering feels too hard. Link in bio

It happens 🤷‍♀️

And sometimes therapy once a week just isn't enough. But what's your other option? Check yourself into a hospital with a mental health crisis?

Actually you don't have to. It's not well-known yet, but you can go to therapy 4-5 days a week if needed. And you can get:

• daily structure to spark a sense of purpose again
• tools to help you navigate triggering situations, and
• a group of people whose stories you can listen to and think "oh, I thought I was the only one" when you don't have it in you to talk

That's exactly what you'll get from our Core Turning Point programs. Link in bio

Healing isn’t a straight line.
It’s detours, pauses, backtracks, and days where you feel like you’re starting over.
But every hard conversation, every coping skill you practice, every time you choose rest over burnout it’s all part of it.

You might not notice the change day to day.
But one day, you’ll realize you’re living in moments you used to only hope for.

Imagine if we treated mental health like physical health.
No one would say, “Have you tried… not being sad?”
Or, “Just walk it off, anxiety will go away on its own.”

We’d check in before things got critical.
We’d normalize taking time off to recover.
We’d see therapy as care, not a last resort.

Maybe it’s time we start.

You come in thinking, “I’ll just talk about my stress,” and leave saying, “Oh…THAT'S why I panic in grocery stores.”

It's trauma, which isn't reserved only for the devastating things we hear on the news. It can show up in our daily (or past) situations like:

• Your partner telling you one thing while all the signs say another and you not knowing who or what to trust anymore
• Not knowing how you're going to pay rent...again
• Constantly being talked over and ignored
• Having been yelled at by a parent in front of your friends regularly Acknowledging it feels annoying at first and like "Why am I doing this? This is a joke." But then you have those aha moments and your body goes "Wait THIS is what life can feel like without all that buzzing??"

The work isn't pretty. It's hard.
But it’s also freeing, grounding, and—dare I say?—life-changing.

You just need someone there with you to show you how to swim through the water of these experiences without getting pulled into an undertow. And that's exactly what you'll get in our Trauma-Focused Turning Point and Catalyst programs. Find a location (or virtual) program near you—link in bio
