Meet my little friend...a Synergy stone!

Synergy stones are a wonderful way to warm up and also experience pain relief during your massage session. They are ceramic "stones" shaped to contour to different areas of the body -- this one is excellent for your neck and shoulders (it feels like warm knuckles!) amd can deliver a good amount of pressure if desired.

Corporate and on-site massage doesn't have to be done with a chair! When possible, I love bringing my massage table because it allows more options for staff in terms of positioning and what areas they need worked on, they can be stretched, and it's more comfortable for very tall and very short clients.
