Looking back at a past 200-Hour YTT graduation, we’re reminded that this moment is just the beginning, not the end.

At EvenFlow, our commitment to our teachers doesn’t stop when the training ends. We continue to support, mentor, and hold space as they grow into confident, thoughtful instructors and lifelong students of yoga.

EFY’s 200-hour yoga teacher training was much more than learning how to teach yoga—it was a journey of personal growth and self-discovery. Through study, practice, and reflection, I learned patience, humility, and compassion for myself and others.

Expanding upon my purpose, this immersion increased my capacity to help myself and others tap into infinite potential. Through the establishment of grounded presence, mindful breathing, and connecting to the senses, life has taken on a new felt sense.

Yoga is a tool to surf the waves of life. Yoga states that through steady and consistent practice, we can handle any endeavor with grace and skill in action.

Happy Birthday, my angel! Thank you for making the world around you brighter! Your smile, wit, sass, laugh, kind heart and love for dogs is peerless. Thank you for teaching your Mama and me how to grow and love beyond our comprehension. We are so very fortunate to be your crazy parents and can’t wait to observe you taking over the world.

The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at EvenFlow is more than a certification, it’s a lifestyle shift.

Yes, you’ll learn alignment, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and how to confidently guide a class…but the real transformation happens off the mat.

This training gives you tools you can carry into every part of your life: clarity when things feel chaotic, grounding when stress shows up, and practices that help you move through challenges with more ease and awareness.

Across 10 weeks (Jan–May) you’ll study yoga, practice, teach, join a built-in mentorship program, and grow alongside a supportive community that becomes part of your journey.
