1) it’s not how much you know but what you do with what you know
2) life isn’t happening to us but for us; “the mind is the sky and everything else is just the weather” -Pema Chodron
3) my yoga at almost 51 is better than my yoga at 27 not because I can “perform” more complex poses, but I’m more refined with pose simplicity
4) Do your own path imperfectly vs. someone else’s with perfection - Bhagavad Gita

Join now for my inaugural event with my partner in life, the queen of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mom of the Century, Dana Valeriani
This workshop is awesome; melding old school TCM (not some AI generated one pager, but a true student and teacher, Dana, who will teach you about the power of ear seeds), OG yoga(that’s me) and modern somatic movement that has been scientifically proven to help joint pain and manage stress. Not to be missed for sure…and we’ll be running these events twice a month for the next two months.

Here’s to all the strong Mamas and the next generation of girl leaders out there (albeit a little late).

As a girl dad, advocating for females is critical for my daughter to see not only in terms of equality of opportunity but it builds trust with men and sets the tone for future platonic, romantic and professional relationships. Luca will always ask for the order; never sheepish around understanding what’s best for herself and what she wants. We try to raise our daughter to be strong in the most compassionate way in a very interesting time in our society and to navigate life with a sense of confidence and empathy. The greatest awareness, and yoga, is parenting with the wisdom that the way we treat our daughters sets the tone for their future.

EvenFlow at the Zen Den 🌿

Our pop-up series at the Zen Den in Point Pleasant is coming up on March 1st offering a space to slow down, reset, and experience restorative practices beyond the studio walls.

These seasonal workshops blend restorative yoga, breath, and sound to help ease tension and support balance through intentional practice. Led by EvenFlow’s Christian Valeriani and , each session is designed to give you time to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect through stillness and movement.

Join us at this new location and experience EvenFlow in a different setting.

Dear Yogis,

We are deeply grateful for this community and the chance to support a cause close to our hearts. On March 22nd, we are honored to participate in a 4-mile walk along the Spring Lake Boardwalk for Walk For Water.

In partnership with Monmouth Montessori Academy, Water.org, and Only With Love, we are walking to help ease the burden of water scarcity. For us, the four miles we walk for movement and fresh air is a journey, while for others, some must make the same journey daily just to survive.

We would be so moved if you would walk beside us. Every registration provides one person with permanent access to clean water—meaning they never have to make that walk again.

It is a small way for us to practice our yoga off the mat and be of service to others. We thank you for your constant kindness and support.

We practice traditional yoga by keeping things simple, accessible and profound. So regardless of your experience level, this practice will suit you as Christian will guide safe and grounded poses coupled with the cosmic vibes of sound bowls.
