IMPROVING YOUR POSTURE - IMPROVING YOUR LIFE!
Nowadays lots of people struggle with sedentary lifestyle. School, university, work. We spend hours without movement and in the wrong posture. It leads to stopped back which seems to be just a cosmetic defect, not a real problem to care about. But is it so harmless?
Here are some symptoms which are caused with your wrong posture.
1. Headache.
Simple and trivial. Do you often feel headache after the long day? You probably think that the reason is tiredness. But do you know that among the mechanisms that cause such pain are muscle injuries and circulatory disorders. These mechanisms are developing because of the notorious osteochondrosis. The only thing to avoid it is to keep your back straight.
2. Shortness of breath and accelerated heart rate during exercises.
If you haven’t got any problems with health and overweight, than your posture may hold some answers. Your vitals are compressed and deformed because of the stoop, which leads to problems with heart and breath.
3. Sports injuries.
It seems to be funny, but that is how reality works. If you spend your whole day at work and after that you visit a gym, be careful. Some of your muscles get static load. Other muscles which responsible for dynamic are without any load at all. As a result, you are left with injury because of your unprepared back.
4. Chronic fatigue.
So here we are. Imbalance in muscle tension leads to the extra stress. Actually, sometimes it is even called as ‘office syndrome’. That’s nasty!
5. Appearance.
We can’t ignore this point. People see our posture and make conclusions. We examine ourselves in search of defects in our clothing, face, make-up and hair. But we forget about the most important thing. Our back.
That is the short list of small health problems which we usually don’t mention. Remember! Our back is our mirror. It is our health and our beauty. Don’t ignore it and take care of your health.
Because who else could it be, if not you?
