Today's mental health crises has highlighted our economic fears.

Beginning May 3rd, each Monday, for 6 weeks, financial health expert Mariah Hudler will lead a limited-capacity group on Zoom. Each week builds off the previous week, with the goal being to craft a new and successful relationship with money so as to achieve financial well-being.

The course cost is $40 a week.

"people with the lowest combined aerobic and muscular fitness had 98% higher odds of depression, 60% higher odds of anxiety, and 81% higher odds of having either one of the common mental health disorders, compared to those with high levels of overall fitness."
