Dear Hot Yoga At Sunrise Students

Due to the recent Presidential recommendation we are limiting our class sizes to 9 people. Please sign up online, there are two ways to do that. Go to our website Hot Yoga At Sunrise and hit the Online Classes and Reservations tab and follow the prompts. Or download the mindbody app and type in Hot Yoga At Sunrise. When our sight comes up you can sign into class. Please be sure to come when you sign up online.

If this doesn't meet our students needs Bobby and I will add an extra class 2 days a week. You, our students, are so loyal to us we want to reurn the loyalty.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we are sure this will be short-term but we want to stay open to serve our beautiful yoga community.

Dear Hot Yoga At Sunrise Students,

We want you to know we care about your health an well being and we are dedicated to keeping you healthy. We at Hot Yoga At Sunrise are staying open with all of our regular Hot Yoga classes.
We are using universal perceptions, wiping down all surfaces after every class with antibacterial spray. Please help by not coming in if you have fever, cold or any signs of flu and of course wash your hands often using universal care procedures.
In these trying times come to yoga to destress, unwind and stay healthy.
