March is Social Work Month!

This month we pause to recognize and celebrate the incredible social workers who support individuals and families every single day.

Social workers are often the people guiding families through some of life’s most challenging moments — helping navigate healthcare decisions, care transitions, emotional support, and complex systems with compassion, expertise, and heart.

We are especially grateful for our partner social workers across hospitals, skilled nursing communities, hospice, home health, and community organizations. Your advocacy and dedication make a tremendous difference in the lives of the older adults and families we serve together.

And a special shout-out to our own amazing team of 8 social workers. Your commitment, knowledge, and kindness inspire us daily and are at the heart of the work we do.💜
