We’re kicking off our 1st Annual Fall 🍁 into Health Challenge!

Here’s how it goes:
✨ You can start purchase and begin any day in October
✨ From the day you sign up you’ll have 30 days to get in 21 classes
✨ At least 12 of those classes must be Hot 26
✨ 3x a week post a picture of you with your water (or water in front of you) and tag us 💧
✨ 1x a week tag us with a gratitude statement, mindfulness moment, or meditation class 🧘🏽‍♀️

👉 Posts can be on your story, sent to the page, or to Karuna directly. If you don’t have social media a google review on our yoga page will suffice!

🎁 If you complete all the health goals, you’ll receive a FREE month of yoga!

💲 Challenge cost: $200
👕 And the Bird who makes it to the most classes and keeps up with hydration + mindfulness will win a Yellow Bird Yoga hoodie!
