The weather noticeably warmed this week! A gorgeous picture from today's walk and talk session. The warmer weather also welcomed lots of chicakdees singing, and we made sure to take a moment to stop and listen.
What is Walk and Talk?
We combine traditional talk therapy with the calming effects of movement and nature. Instead of meeting in an office, sessions take place outdoors while walking side by side, creating a more relaxed and open environment. This approach can help ease anxiety, improve mood, and make it easier to process difficult emotions.
