Fairbanks Yogis! Join me for my last class at Heart Stream Yoga before my move to the big city of Los Anchorage! Rather than our regularly scheduled Hot Power class, let’s meet outside at the park for a half Power / half Yin class!! I’m hoping to come up to visit a few times next year and teach some workshops, but no exact plans yet. Let’s enjoy this beautiful summer weather with a nice balanced yoga practice! Your regular HSY punch cards work for this class or sign up ahead of time on mindbody for Wed night the 5th! If it starts puking rain, we’ll retreat to the studio with our tails between our legs. Hi Fairbanks yogi friends! If you haven’t heard, I’m moving to Anchorage soon and this will be my last Hoarfrost class for some time. I hope to visit Fairbanks now and again to teach a few classes around town, including at Hoarfrost, but no exact plans yet. Come on in this Saturday, June 1st at 2:30pm for a fun Vinyasa flow practice with a little bit of Yin; $12 a student! The Hapunan Shack will also be at the distillery after class with their food truck full of delicious Asian cuisine. Hoarfrost is cozy, so space is limited to 15 students. Lovely warm & sunny afternoon for my first monthly Arctic Roots Yoga class at Hoarfrost Distillery! We even had the door open while we rocked a challenging Vinyasa flow and then melted into a little Yin. Class ended with some treats and a cocktail or two. Turns out I can comfortably fit in a few more mats, so I’ll be adding a couple spots to the April sesh! Thanks to my student guinea pigs for coming to the first class! Stay tuned for April’s offering!
