The unanimous answer? Kelsey. 😂

Sure, she might come off a little intimidating at first… but give it five minutes and you’ll see she’s actually super funny, incredibly smart, and truly the heart of our imaging team.

Kelsey has been with BCDC for 16—going on 17!—years, and we are so grateful for her dedication, her expertise, and the way she keeps both our clinic and mobile services running like a well-oiled machine.

Being included in this incredible community tradition helps us raise awareness about the survivability of breast cancer and the power of early detection. Every donation directly supports our mission of providing life-saving screenings and education throughout Alaska — including our rural and remote communities.

This past weekend, we celebrated our 20th Annual Golden Legacy Gala, presented by Northern Star Resources Limited, and what an unforgettable night it was!

A huge shoutout to our amazing volunteers, staff, and the 8 Star Event Center for hosting us, and to Your Story Event Planning for bringing our 1920s vision to life. 🥂

Our team is buzzing with excitement as we put the finishing touches on everything we’ve been working on behind the scenes. From gold details to 1920s glam, we can’t wait to see everyone dressed to impress and ready to celebrate this Saturday at the 8 Star Event Center.

Our staff is so excited that we even changed our headshots to match the gala vibes. 💃🕺✨
