Why do we encourage doing your home exercises for low back pain? 🏋️♂️
It’s not just to keep you busy; these exercises strengthen the muscles that support your spine, improve flexibility, and reduce strain on your joints. They also help lower inflammation and prevent future flare-ups.
Consistency is key for long-term results and lasting relief. 💪 Stick with it, your back will thank you later! 🙌
