Here at Heart Stream Yoga, we believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age or skill level. Our welcoming studio is designed to provide the opportunity for personal expression on all levels – physical, spiritual, and artistic. We’ve seen the incredible ability of yoga to unite the mind, body, and soul, which is why we offer a wide variety of classes to help you find your groove. We’re the only studio in town offering everything from Beginning Yoga to Hot Power, including sacred Ayurveda and rejuvenating prenatal classes. Sharing yoga with our community is what we love -- we hope you’ll join us in the centuries-long tradition of harmony and wellness.
