Knee pain slowing you down? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to just live with it. 🦵💥

Whether it hurts going up stairs, during walks, or every time you squat — knee pain can make even simple activities feel like a challenge. The good news? Physical therapy can help.

At Willow Physical Therapy in Fairbanks, we help people of all ages get to the root of their knee pain — not just cover up the symptoms. Our approach includes:
✔️ Hands-on treatment to reduce pain and inflammation
✔️ Strengthening the muscles that support your knees
✔️ Movement re-training to protect your joints
✔️ Guidance on activity modifications to keep you moving safely

✨ Our goal? To help you get back to doing what you love — without knee pain holding you back.

📞 Call us at 907-456-5990 to schedule your first appointment.

No referral needed for self-pay patients. Even with a referral from your doctor, you can choose where you go — choose Willow!

OK, we think it’s safe to say the snow is here to stay, and that means it’s officially shoveling season! ❄️

Before you head outside, keep this tip in mind to help prevent injury. If you start feeling sore or stiff afterward, give Willow Physical Therapy a call so we can help you get back to enjoying winter… or at least clearing the driveway 😆

Those of us who live through Fairbanks winters know how repetitive shoveling can be. It’s tough on your lower back and shoulders, especially if you’re not conditioned for it.

Tip #1:
Lift smaller loads of snow instead of heavy shovelfuls. Bend your knees and lift with your legs, not your back.

Stay safe out there, and remember, Willow Physical Therapy is here to help you stay strong all winter long. 💪
