Mindful Movements Bodywork I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Alaska in 2014. I have since worked for chiropractor and physical therapy clinics.

I work with pregnancy, children, and medical massage clients. I specialize in Thai Massage, which is a combination of assisted stretching with compression and trigger point therapy.
