Let’s speak plainly.

An 18-point average blood pressure reduction.

That’s what was observed in Dr. Dickholtz Sr.’s Upper Cervical study following atlas adjustment.

Comparable to two medications.

Why would adjusting one vertebra influence blood pressure?

Because the atlas surrounds the brainstem.

The brainstem regulates autonomic function.

Autonomic function influences vascular tone.

Vascular tone influences blood pressure.

This is physiology.

Not hype.

Upper Cervical care focuses on precision because millimeters matter.

When alignment improves, neurological signaling improves.

When signaling improves, regulation improves.

We don’t claim to treat disease.

We restore communication.

And communication changes outcomes.

That’s why we speak with clarity.

The body was created with intelligent design.

Our role is to remove interference.

If you’ve been quietly reading this month…

This is your moment to decide what you’re building long term.

Heart health is not reactive.

It’s proactive.

Research supports the connection between upper cervical alignment and blood pressure regulation.

Clinical experience supports improved stress response, sleep quality, and resilience.

But here’s the deeper layer.

When your nervous system functions clearly, you show up differently.

More present.

More steady.

More energized.

You influence your family differently.

You lead differently.

If you’ve been managing stress or blood pressure without evaluating the neurological component, it may be time to look upstream.

We’re here to guide — not pressure.

But proactive decisions tend to produce the strongest long-term outcomes.

If you’re ready to explore whether Upper Cervical care is a fit for you, our team would be honored to have that conversation.

February ends soon.

Your future health doesn’t have to wait.

We read every review carefully.

Not for validation.

But for impact.

Each one represents someone who chose to lead proactively.

Someone who didn’t wait for crisis.

Someone who believed their nervous system deserved attention.

Upper Cervical care requires trust.

And we don’t take that lightly.

If you’ve shared your experience, thank you.

You help others move from uncertainty to action.

Community health grows through shared stories.

Quick question:

When was the last time you evaluated your nervous system?

Most people monitor:

• Blood work
• Cholesterol
• Weight
• Steps

But few consider neurological regulation.

How adaptable is your stress response?

How steady is your resting heart rate?

How well do you recover from pressure?

Heart health isn’t just about avoiding crisis.

It’s about resilience.

The body was designed to adapt.

But adaptation requires clear communication.

This week, take 60 seconds and ask yourself:

Is my body regulating the way it should?

If you’re not sure, that’s valuable information.

Awareness is where leadership begins.

The heart you bring into a room is felt.

By your family.
By your team.
By your patients.

In Upper Cervical care, we have the rare opportunity to build long-term relationships.

We don’t see people once and send them on their way.

We walk with families.

We measure progress.

We reassess.

We celebrate wins.

February reminds us that heart health is not just physiological.

It’s relational.

It’s how you show up.

It’s how you regulate stress.

It’s how you steward your body and influence others.

Inside our office, we believe precision and compassion belong together.

Science and stewardship.

Clarity and care.

If you’ve felt that difference here, we’re grateful.

Healthcare should feel personal.

Drop a ❤️ if you agree.

February is Heart Health Month.

But your heart does not operate independently.

It is regulated by your brainstem — the region located at the base of the skull, directly connected to the atlas (C1 vertebra).

That connection matters more than most people realize.

The autonomic nervous system controls heart rate, blood pressure regulation, and vascular tone.

When there is interference at the upper cervical level, that regulation can become inefficient.

This is not theory.

Research from Dr. Dickholtz Sr. demonstrated that a precise atlas adjustment reduced blood pressure by an average of 18 points.

Comparable to the effect of two blood pressure medications.

Pause there.

The body was designed intelligently.

When communication improves, regulation improves.

Upper Cervical care is not about symptom chasing.

It’s about restoring signal clarity.

And signal clarity influences the heart.

That matters.

That is powerful.

That is hope.

Valentine’s Day was this weekend, and we hope it was a sweet one ❤️

Whether it was spent with a spouse, family, friends, or simply taking a little time for yourself — we love seeing people celebrate what matters most.

Around here, we believe one of the greatest expressions of love is investing in your health.

Your heart.
Your energy.
Your longevity.

Because when your nervous system is functioning well, you show up better — more present, more vibrant, more capable — for the people you care about most.

These smiles say it all ❤️

Thank you for trusting us with your health. We’re grateful for this community and the families we get to serve every day.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Remember: That heart is a useless chunk of meat without proper brain - body connection.

If there’s any obstruction in the circuits, there’ll be interruptions in the function.

(Think of the spine like the breaker box in your home. The power supply has everything to do with the outcomes.)

If you’re thinking you may have overlooked that step, we can help.

A complete spinal health evaluation in our office includes a surface EMG, thermal scans and heart rate variability(HRV) testing to determine if the circuits are all functioning correctly.

This painless testing takes only minutes and can reveal the cause of so many challenges.

We’re ready when you are.

Our New Patient Concierge, Emma, will help you secure a time that works!

Meet the next generation!

One of the biggest blessings in our practice is watching someone get their life back.

When a child’s head/neck injury (youth hockey) results in concussion symptoms for years, and removing the obstruction caused by spinal misalignment results in the restoration of normal function, we celebrate big!

However, when that bigness turns into a life changing career choice, we celebrate even bigger!

Braeden and his new wife are matriculating at the Sherman College of Chiropractic for the spring class!

The world will soon have a dynamic new duo that will make a huge impact on whatever community they choose to land.

Help us wish Braeden and Kennedy well on their exciting new adventure!
