Our most sincere congratulations to our military graduates for 2022!

Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Wright Patterson Medical Center continue to be our incredible partner in training, patient care, and scholarly work.

The military graduation last evening was a beautiful and inspiring event, as always. We wish nothing but success for our graduates who move on to do critically important work in their next chapters.

We are so grateful that Dr. Virgo will be staying with us locally. To Dr. Beich and Dr. Caujolle-Alls, please keep in touch, and always remember Dayton.... and come "home" when you have the opportunity to visit or return to WPAFB!

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Bhatt and Dr. Deshpande on being named Delegates for the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA).

OSMA brings physicians together for a healthier Ohio. OSMA is the first and largest physician-led organization in Ohio.

OSMA proactively and persistently advocates for effective healthcare policy outcomes, provides professional development opportunities for physicians, and promotes useful resources that advance patient care and the medical profession.

Ohio State Medical Association is the leading voice of physicians, residents, and medical students in Ohio. We could not ask for better advocates and representatives than Drs. Bhatt and Deshpande.

Hello Everyone,

Please join me in congratulating Dr. Nita Bhatt, who was chosen to serve as the Secretary for the next term for Ohio's Psychiatric Physician Association.

Representing Wright State University BSoM in this capacity is an invaluable opportunity to advocate for numerous issues critical to the future of the field of Psychiatry, as well as to inform decisions regarding ongoing clinical care, educational pursuits, and scholarly work.

Dr. Bhatt's additional expertise in Public Health will afford her a unique perspective that will greatly impact and benefit the organization. Serving as an officer of a statewide organization broadens one's experience and provides exposure to various leadership styles and business and clinical cultures. It also greatly broadens one's personal and professional networks.

Even though Dr. Bhatt is already incredibly busy, she is one of the most industrious colleagues I have ever been honored to work with. Please take the time to read her position statement in the attached announcement.

Needless to say, we are well represented by Nita Bhatt, M.D., M.P.H.

Sincere congratulations, Dr. Bhatt!
