For the past 15 years, Crystal has been a steady, behind-the-scenes presence at Fairview Haven, quietly and meticulously organizing our medical records.

But Crystal’s impact reaches far beyond her role. She fully lives out the mission of Fairview Haven, stepping in wherever she’s needed and doing so with kindness, compassion, and her friendly warmth.

Her work may often happen out of the spotlight, but does not go unnoticed by our residents and their families, and her co-workers.

We’re so grateful for you, Crystal! 15 years isn’t just time, its influence!

As we look over Autumn Glen, we are deeply grateful for the steady progress made throughout 2025. Much of this work has happened quietly - laying infrastructure, preparing the ground, and taking faithful steps forward.

We enter 2026 with thankful hearts and humble anticipation, trusting God’s timing and direction for what lies ahead. We are grateful for every person who has played a part in this journey and look forward to seeing how God continues to lead this work.
