Time to sign up for the Annual Turkey Trot in Fairbury!!! Message me if you'd like a form. I'll have some at Hoffman House Wednesday and Friday night too. There is a 1K for the 12 and under crowd and a 5K fun run or walk!

Now that the kids are back in school and summer is coming to an end, it's time for Round 2 of the group health coaching program. I will be at Hoffman House tonight from 5-8 to answer questions in person or shoot me a PM. More details will be posted here in the coming days as well.
