Today we celebrate Chen Yi-Ling -
Since joining our company in 2016, Chen Yi-Ling has been a steadfast and compassionate family caregiver devoted to her own mother, whom she has cared for through the challenges of advanced dementia.

Through the years, Chen has worked beside her mother as memories faded and strength declined. It is never easy to watch a loved one slowly forget who you are

Behind closed doors, caregiving can be both heartbreaking and profoundly beautiful. Chen’s quiet strength, her grace in the face of difficulty, and her unwavering devotion remind us what true compassion looks like.

Today we celebrate Chen Yi-Ling — for her strength, her tenderness, and the quiet beauty of a love that endures even when memory fades.

In honor of National Family Caregiver Month, today we’re celebrating Malik McClam — a caregiver who truly goes above and beyond. Malik’s charismatic and warm personality brings joy to everyone he encounters. His dedication to helping others and building genuine connections shines through in all he does.

Malik shared:

“I love doing what I do. It helps me build relationships with the people and families I help in the community. The patients I service, I don’t see as patients — I see them as family. I learn and grow each day, and it helps me become a better person. God bless.”

As we kick off National Family Caregiver Month, we take time to honor the incredible individuals who dedicate their lives to caring for loved ones. Their compassion, strength, and patience remind us every day that caregiving is an act of love.

This week, we’re proud to spotlight Michael F. a devoted son and caregiver since 2018. Michael has devoted his life to caring for his mother with love, patience, and grace!! He truly enjoys caring for her ,and reminds us that not all heroes wear capes.

Thank you, Michael, for inspiring us with your selflessness and the love you bring to caregiving!!
